China / Hong Kong Import – Spring or Fall 2026
We’re excited to announce that our next China / Hong Kong import is planned for 2026, with timing set for either Spring or Fall. At this point, we’re anticipating a Spring arrival, but final scheduling will depend on overall availability and export conditions.
A 25% deposit is required to reserve an animal, with the remaining balance due shortly before import.
This shipment will include a mix of CBB (captive-bred and born) and LTC (long-term captive) animals. As always, we aim to source responsibly and work with reputable partners to bring in healthy, well-started specimens.
That said, it’s important to understand that many Chinese species are delicate and highly specialized. Some require very specific husbandry and feeding protocols. For example, genera such as Ptyas, Macropisthodon, and Pseudoxenodon can have particular dietary and environmental needs. Others, like Rhabdophis, may not be suitable for every keeper due to their venom and unique traits.
We strongly encourage anyone interested to thoroughly research the species they’re considering. Understanding the commitment and potential risks involved is essential. Our goal is long-term success for both the animal and the keeper, and we may decline a sale if we feel a species is not the right fit after discussing your experience and setup.
As always, we’re happy to answer questions and help guide you toward a species that matches your experience level and goals. We’re looking forward to another exciting import in 2026!
